Terms and Conditions

Our Family Craft Room (www.ourfamilycraftroom.co.za) and all images and items remains the property of Our Family Craft Room.

No images may be used or reproduced without the written consent of the site owner.

Our Family Craft Room will not be held liable for losses due to acts of God, unforeseeable circumstance or economical distress.

Once items have been handed to the third party for delivery or items have been removed from the premises, it remains the clients' sole responsibility.

Refunds or returns will be provided for damaged defective products, if management has been notified within the 7 day period in writing, after proof of damages has been provided, and if said damages happened before products left the business premises. Management discretion will be used to decide whether an application is valid or not.
Should an order be delayed beyond the 7 - 10 days turnaround time, clients will be advised accordingly in writing.

Orders submitted but not paid within 4 days will be cancelled.

Privacy

Our Family Craft Room will not be collecting or sharing client information with 3rd parties not relating to either the website or parcel delivery.
Personal information will be kept personal.

Payments

Payments are received either via YOCO or EFT.

No items will be shipped before the full and final payment amount reflects in our bank account.

Custom items require a non refundable deposit.

Shipping Policy

Currently shipping limited to South Africa only.

Turnaround time is 5 - 10 days at most from date of payment to delivery to client.

If our courier service is used, delivery times and item condition upon delivery cannot be guaranteed as we use a third party.

If delivery address is flagged as high risk an additional fee may be required.

Paxi Delivery:

The delivery time of your parcels will depend on the service bag that was selected when buying your PAXI bag. PAXI offers a 3-5 business day and 7-9 business day service. 

Standard Bag Size - 450mm x 370mm Max 5kg

Large Bag Size - 40mm x 510mm Max 10kg

Return & Exchange Policy

Items cannot be returned due to buyers remorse.

If handmade items were damaged in transit returns or refunds will be discussed or granted to owner’s discretion.

As some items being sold are personalised, no exchanges or returns will be made.
